PSTN Consumption Billing in lieu of domestic/international calling - Microsoft Community

hi, possible have pstn number assigned user pstn consumption billing only, or domestic/international calling plan required? have few users need have pstn numbers won't use enough justify monthly calling plan.

i'm asking because in office 365, seems unable assign pstn numbers users have pstn consumption billing license activated , not calling plan.

to use toll free numbers in skype business, pstn consumption required these calls billed per minute. also, recommend set pstn consumption billing pstn calling , conferencing users need ability dial out to any pstn destination. many countries/regions included pstn destinations may not included in pstn calling or pstn conferencing subscriptions. if don’t set pstn consumption billing or assign license users , run out minutes organization (depending on pstn calling or conferencing plan or country/region), users won’t able make calls or dial-out online pstn conferencing meetings.
