Windows RT 8.1 (Surface 2) OneDrive and "experiencing - Microsoft Community

i have annoying problem in surface 2 windows rt 8.1. sure have updates , used troubleshooting tools still have it.

the problem onedrive application show me message “files aren’t being uploaded or downloaded right because onedrive experiencing delays“.

for sure not always. works need onedrive , can’t use when need.

or problem winrt onedrive app no longer supported?

"i used troubleshooting tools" vague. can share did, , if got error messages? happen in (preferrably newly-created) user profile?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
