the normal block sender function in junk mail folder not work... domain name.... qq.com

i being spammed daily dozens of email china redirected web site address outlook.com email address. junk mail block sender function not work domain name.... email prefixes numbers change every time receive email.... e.g. *** email address removed privacy ***

any solution problem appreciated.

moved outlook.com / email / managing email folders

i went through service provider junk mail coming through third party website dns not recognized outlook program... there room improvement in outlook in regard... however, service provider blocks/filters these unwanted emails before can re-routed outlook.com email address. 

thanks follow-up ... 1st level support staff did not know causing problem... , though said promoted program higher level, never heard back, nor acknowledgement received query facilitated 1st level support person, rency, obliging , pleasant. 

i give 1st line support effort.... f results.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
