hello!

2 days ago re-started windows 10 computer , major update windows installed.

yesterday went open powerpoint file data points linked excel file, 1 i've used hundred times, , has error message:

the file hasn't moved or changed names, , no portions of data have changed either. when go "edit links files" here's shows me:

i've tried find file in other places, , created new versions try link to... , nothing working.

as additional info - had version had set office 2003, , linked file there isn't working right either.

this incredibly frustrating, , i'm sure there's obvious i'm missing. appreciate help!

update: ended rolling update installed on friday, , programs working again , linking again. i'm guessing there security feature in update blocked linking between programs?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
