unable view skype business conversation history.  when go access it, message reads is:  system admin turned off conversation history.  wondering system admin is--my boss not know , not having problems accessing conversation history.  thank help.

according error message, office 365 administrator may disabled feature accounts.

 

we recommend contact office 365 admin in organization check if disabled feature. it’s suggested perform following steps office 365 admin’s help:

1. connect skype business online powershell office 365 admin account.

2. run following commands check policy.

get-csclientpolicy -identity clientpolicynosaveimnoarchivingnoimurl

3. after that, give screenshot of outcome further processing. to protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. click name on forum , select view private messages access it.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
