Can I have two different Microsoft Offices on my computer at the same - Microsoft Community

i purchased , installed upgrade office 16.  word 16 not let me open documents wrote in version 1997-2003.  convert computer language. can done remedy this?  collect recipes , thought convert.  computer language.  can add office 2010 pc , access documents.  if had idea happen not have upgraded.

you may encounter issues in opening older versions of microsoft office files due compatibility , upgrade feature removed .doc files. verify this, may know how trying open file? can open if start word 2016 app first, navigate document via file > open option?

typically, microsoft office 2007 , 2010 can open documents created in older versions of microsoft office. please take note can opened in compatibility mode , not features of new version of office available older ones. use newer features of office in older document, may need convert document newer version.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
