Onedrive duplicates and deletes photos when uploading from smartphone - Microsoft Community

i have onedrive version 5.1 in android smartphone, , everytime upload photos it, onedrive duplicates photos (so far looks random me) adding "1" photo name. duplicates around 3-5 photos amongst 30 uploaded photos in row. it's not many , can easilly delet them, problem duplicated photos substitute original photos! example: upload 30 photos, lets names "1" "30", , in onedrive duplicates looking this:

(...and on)

we see have duplicated number 3 , 7, problem don't have photo number 4 neither photo numer 8!!!! vanishes, looks never reaches onedrive @ all....
can me this?? lost photos because before knowing issue deleted photos mobile uploaded onedrive!!

when image files in onedrive gets duplicated, means account opened simultaneously on different devices. to gather more information concerns onedrive, we’d ask few questions:

 

  • what exact brand , model of mobile device?
  • which version of operating system of phone using?
  • what connectivity status of mobile device between onedrive? know, visit portal link: https://portal.office.com/servicestatus.
  • what recent changes made on mobile device before experienced issue?
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
  • how percentage of free space on mobile device?
  • can unlink , link microsoft account again in onedrive?
  • can uninstall , reinstall onedrive application?
  • did receive error messages?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
