Auto delete downloaded email - Microsoft Community

i download email web account outlook.  i used have set when deleted message in outlook, automatically delete web account next time downloaded email.  i seem have lost setting , seem have go web mail delete specific items.  can please me setting automatically delete items web when deleted in outlook?  earthlink email provider.

syncing related issue can 1 of factors why issue occurs. provide appropriate steps can resolve concern, we'd verify following:

  • how trying download emails web account?
  • how email configured on outlook?

in meantime, recommend remove , re-add email account correct syncing related issues. remove account, follow steps provided on link , re-add it, follow steps provided on link.

note: please make sure check incoming email server , outgoing (smtp) email server section under add account using advance setup on link we've provided re-add email account.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
