CONTACTS IMPORT FAILURE - WINDOWS TO MAC - OUTLOOK '16 - Microsoft Community

have been living in 2 worlds, outlook/ofc 365 windows @ work (primary contacts file) , mac office 2016 (home). import contacts .pst folders via usb stick; 1 has keep them small; notionally less 70 mg.  the last update did, 4 imported important 1 returns screen says data has been imported no found in contacts or other outlook mac folders.  i've re-exported under new name windows machine; copied .pst onto local drive; renamed on both usb , local drive; same response when try import.  any suggestions?

have restart outlook client? if not, please try check issue. please check these contacts outlook web app (owa), if import them in outlook client successfully, should synced owa.

meanwhile, suggest contact experts best assistance via the contact support feature on help menu in outlook mac.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
