How do I delete folders in my deleted folder from Outlook mobile - Microsoft Community

 i have been using mailstrom.  when typing in partial folder names in search box of mailstrom, creates new folders name. should not.  in deleting these folders via pc/macbook, fall deleted emails folder in outlook.  however, still appearing in outlook mobile app.  therefore, when try file additional items in mailstrom or outlook pc/macbook going wrong folders.  the folders not appearing on outlook pc/macbook me delete.  they appearing on outlook mobile app.  how delete these folders via mobile app?  they still visible in deleted emails folder in outlook.

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • is mailstrom email connected outlook account?
  • have tried removing outlook account mailstrom , check if deleted folders or added file items go through correct path?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
