Microsoft Outlook 2013 desktop application cannot read printer - Microsoft Community

after 2017 windows 10 update, 1 of computers on network having trouble printing specified print settings outlook. computer runs windows 10 pro , microsoft outlook home , business 2013. emails print default settings. if try change settings, such paper tray or color mode, reverts default settings before printing. 

since issue started after windows updated, should check printer manufacturer updated printer driver.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
