Microsoft Team site for Project documents vs. Centralized site - Microsoft Community

hello, getting ready start using ms team sites our company's projects.  want project documents visible in organization.  ms teams offers channel documents, when search project document sharepoint, , not part of ms team group, cannot see document.   seems creating centralized site project documents make sense, providing link on ms team site site would enable users documents.   not mention, not of our projects warrant own ms team site, there may not need type of collaboration.  in case, without centralized project document site, these users have no place put documents.  have best practices utilizing ms teams for project documents vs.  centralizing project documents?

since mentioned worried users not in teams group still need see project documents, suggest create sharepoint library store project documents users can access sharepoint team site can see documents. , documents can searched in sharepoint online within team site.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
