Can't subscribe to internet calendars - Microsoft Community

i trying work outlook.com , outlook 2016 calendars. need add several internet calendars keep track of kids' activities. have been doing years without issue , has been wonderful. however, in past month, have not been able add internet calendars either platform. calendars i've had access in past removed. not possible me import/export because information changes frequently.

in outlook 2016, requires me sign in account. when do, outlook hangs. legacy calendars appear in outlook calendar, when click view them, says no longer available , delete themselves.

in outlook.com, error "couldn't open calendar: action couldn't completed. error code -1." happens calendar, not one. , i've been successful in subscribing calendar gmail account , iphone. 

have spent hours on issue. have tried on 2 different computers (lenovo , surface 4), both running windows 10. restarted several times. updated windows , office. if isn't resolved, switching different platform because can't go long without access calendars.

quick assistance..

should add i've used different browsers same result (edge, chrome, firefox).

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
