domain change and associated Office 365 account - Microsoft Community

domain associated email has changed.  how backup email , calendar , re-associate new domain name?

at first, if organization keep old domain, don’t have change account.

based on description, may want associate new domain. can change domain . since account office 365 account, don’t have emails , calendar.

if old domain kept, recommend don't remove old email address. can configure alias. can still receive emails sent old email address, can’t send emails via alias.

besides, if using skype business, need reschedule skype business meetings, , need tell external contacts update contact information you. , should update username in apps use, outlook, onedrive, , mobile apps.

if want email , calendar, can export pst file. , can import it, if need.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
