this didn't work me. mac word version 15.39

hi rich,

you may firstly update office suite latest (for office 365 or retail should 15.40). open word>click on top bar>check updates>check updates. see if there improvements after updating. 

if doesn't work, please share screenshots situation side. example, set window size, capture screenshot. save , close file. reopen it, capture screenshot of window doesn't follow last save window size. 

meanwhile, based on test, word 2016 can reopen existing file last saved window size , position. new document, opens last saved newly created document's window size. can discuss further reopening window behavior side.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
