Emails not getting through to Outlook users - Microsoft Community


hello

i appear have similar issue post in jan 2016: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_outlook/550-571-service-unavailable-client-host-blocked/36d583f1-5e13-4aec-84c8-4a4d62ec7b24?auth=1  

messages own domain email address being rejected recipient's account: reason: 550 5.4.1 [*** email address removed privacy ***]: recipient address rejected: access denied [am5eur02ft027.eop-eur02.prod.protection.outlook.com]

has ip address, or domain been blacklisted, , if can done it?
