Outlook 2013 IMAP - Cannot sync backup after change of nameservers. - Microsoft Community

outlook 2013 imap

i changed nameservers location email account (imap)

 

after getting set imported emails backup file.  imported okay after syncing (uploading files new server) sub folders , content have disappeared.  have repeated restore backup , same thing happens.

any ideas.

what meaning "changed nameservers location "

what type of backup file?

Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
