Volume in PPT 2016 can't be adjusted by laptop buttons - Microsoft Community

since installed ppt 2016, can no longer control volume through laptop on youtube embedded videos on ppt slides. can adjust speaker knob , volume display on video itself, not laptop's volume buttons. have dell lattitude e5440 laptop running windows 7 projecting epson brightlink 595 wi short throw projector. nothing out of ordinary; volume buttons work fine in other application , programs; , never had problem in ppt 2007. 

maybe display or viewing setting i'm not aware of? can't find of sort through ppt's menu.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
