Cannot add attachments to task in Planner in Office365 - Microsoft Community

every time try add attachment, link sharepoint doc following:

we couldn't update "plan name". please try again later. technical details:

correlation id: *************************[the information masked moderator]

not being able connect links or synced documents planner inconvenient.

as planner signed in on browser, suggest switch browsers firstly see whether works.

if issue persists, clarify situation, please provide more information:

1. subscription? (you can check office subscription in office 365portal > user name > my account > view subscriptions , show screenshot of page.)

2. other users in company have same issue?

3. issue happen other plans or other tasks in affected plan?

4. provide screenshots of error message our better understanding?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
