A blocked person is still able to email me - Microsoft Community

ive blocked someone's email address still able email me- please help!

hi lewis,

we understand still receiving emails blocked person. possible issue settings or functionality within outlook. let try set inbox exclusive can receive trusted emails safe sender's list. can delete person , email address contacts. should route emails junk mail folder. here's how:

1. click on gear icon on upper-right hand part of webpage.

2. click on options.

3. select junk email under mail.

4. click on filters , reporting.

5. under junk email filter, click on exclusive.

6. click on save.

other option create rule , set sender's email don't want receive. please follow steps below:

1. click on gear icon on upper-right hand part of webpage.

2. click on options.

3. select inbox , sweep rules under automatic processing.

4. click the + icon create rule.

5. can create rule delete messages blocked sender. after that, click on ok.

once done, please check if still receive emails blocked person's email.
