Cannot access my hotmail account - Microsoft Community

after windows update, hotmail email address changed personal email address.  after windows update, have been given outlook address, , account , annoying ads, haven't asked for, , find extremely difficult access hotmail account.

i able access ;my hotmail account please.  how do easily?  (it takes me 30 mins go through lots of procedures there @ moment.)

thank posting query. based on information provided, caused migration of hotmail. after migration, hotmail account have @outlook.com domain. regard ads on account, can remove upgrading account outlook.com premium. upgrading account, ads you're seeing, removed.

what procedures need go through when logging in account? have tried using different browsers when signing in account?



Outlook.com / My Account and information / Edit my information

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
