Security codes won't arrive? - Microsoft Community

hi everybody

i came here tell 1 strange thing happening me since weeks, , looking find solution because worrying me. 

i have listed personal email alternative email family members , relatives when opened hotmail accounts them, phone number. last times popping security page asks confirm alternative email or phone number confirm legitimate user trying access email in question. give email address - know email account in question "*** email address removed privacy *** , click on send code, here starts problem because microsoft won't send me if wait 1 week or month. same thing happens when ask security code sending via phone number. 

i suspecting email address , phone number has been blacklisted microsoft because don't receive microsoft! 

but on other side if go recovery of email address filling questionnare , asking code alternative email receive code, don't want use such lengthy process relatives email accounts have forget city have selected when opened email accounts, have forgot birthdays (yes,  it's true didn't mind put correct birthday when opened email accounts...) , microsoft doesn't recover access account without knowing every detail.

how can microsoft fix problem me?
