I can't reach any form of customer support. - Microsoft Community

hi, 

i'm facing double problem. started outlook freezing, when try contact customer support can not through. loading screen keeps refreshing or keeps asking me re-affirm password. keeps looping long enter correct password. if ask call option systems tries connect gives after amount of time.

is there way in can customer support contact me or vice-versa?

Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
