Online Archive Subfolders Missing in OWA - Microsoft Community

i have user cannot see several subfolders when viewing online archive via owa.  however, user can see of subfolders when viewing online archive through outlook 2016.

the user has 10 main subfolders labeled "01"  "02"  "03"  and on why "10".   in owa, can see "01" - "04" (all subfolder folder); however, cannot see of subfolders in "05" (subfolders a-c).   , cannot see of main subfolders "06" - "10".

again, missing in owa.  they can seen in outlook2016 without issue.  

environment - o365 exchangeonline

i have try multiple computers , multiple browsers, no avail.

any suggestions?

there may several reasons why user unable see folders/subfolders when viewing owa. 1 of may because user not have full access permissions. better assist concern, kindly answer questions below:

  • when did issue start?
  • were there recent changes on users computer prior happening?
  • are using office 365 business?

you may check article , refer resolution provided: user can't access or view personal archive mailbox in office 365 dedicated.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
