Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i having problems outlook program.  when send email email account, says mail has been sent, recipient never receives it.  

i have outlook on mobile, , sends fine app.  is there can maybe shed light on problem?

whether using office 365 account. if so, please sent test email, , confirm:

  1. whether email moved sent item folder.
  2. let admin trace email via the message trace feature in exchange admin center (eac) , , provide screenshot trace result further help.

 

also, can tell recipients have specific domain or domains cannot receive emails?

 

if not using office 365 account, account using? , how configure it, imap or pop?

 

moreover, there error pop-up on side?
