Outlook Spam - Microsoft Community


can see of posts since 2013 none of answers have solved problem of spam filling our inboxes.  when microsoft problem fixed?  "exclusive" not work, blocking not work, sweep not work.  nothing works!!!!

the blocked senders feature isn't failing. reason why it's not blocking spam because spammer using different ip address contain same email. let's try blocking ip address instead of email address:

  1. open inbox.
  2. right-click on email want block.
  3. click view message source.
  4. look sender ip is.
  5. copy ip address then, close.
  6. back main pane, click gear icon on upper right , select options.
  7. in junk email on left pane, add ip address you've copied blocked senders.
