Microsoft Office 2011 Mac PowerPoint Font issues - Microsoft Community

we mac based company. of running os10.11.

there group of fonts use our company presentations. these fonts have been placed fonts folder in library on computers. 

the problem font gotham. of computers don't have problem displaying correct weights of font. of computers  displaying font different weight (book) of gotham, when highlight text telling font reading (ultra).

i know these templates reciycled on , over, again why on computers works fine , others have problem.

also, not fonts weights in font list in drop down:

but if go replace fonts in list

so far 1 font. have tried replacing , still same results.

ive made sure computer programs uptodate.

any suggestions apreshiated.

hi stewart,

please perform following steps see if issue can fixed:

1.make sure affected office programs have latest updates.

2.start affected mac in safe mode -> check result -> start mac in normal mode.

if issue still exists, happens specific third party font, suggest seek further foot provider. other community members have related experience welcome share insights here too.
