Outlook 2013 Won't Accept 2 Microsoft Exchange Server Mailboxes - Microsoft Community

we using office 2013 on multiple pc's in office , few of these have more 1 microsoft exchange server mailbox have 1 pc having issues trying install additional microsoft exchange server mailbox. 

it allows me install mailbox , appears fine won't send e-mails/message.  appears receive them without problems.  have checked settings , compared these on exchange , outlook other pc's more one microsoft exchange server mailbox work correctly , these settings same. 

i have uninstalled outlook 2013 , re-installed , has made no difference.  looking upgrade office 2013 office 2016 in new year time being sticking outlook 2013.

i have set user/mailbox on sbs 2011.

has else ever had problem or can give me ideas on how resolve this?

what, exactly, "won't send" mean? messages stay in outbox? error when press send? appear send , appear in sent items folder, never arrive @ recipient's mailbox? exchange servers in-house or @ office.com?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
