have presentation called master. whenever give presentation, use subset of master, multiple versions. each time give presentation need send pdf host. can use custom slide shows, have not seen way create pdf files custom slide shows. way can figure out have multiple ppt files. however, if that, need edit multiple versions when ever change slide. better options? in advance.

it sounds you're using either file> save as or file> export method create pdfs. you're correct method offers no option other including slides in presentation... they're designed output entire file.

to make pdf of specific custom show [or use other specific settings, such individual ranges of slides] use file> print method instead. print dialog includes custom shows dropdown allows choice of custom show print, use pdf button in lower left corner of dialog & select save pdf.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
