Cannot Activate Visio - Microsoft Community

i have activated mac license visio 2016 time now. recent office 2016 pro problem caused me uninstall , reinstall office 2016.

since then, daily updates show error on not being able update visio 2016. investigation showed needed activation. following endless loop has since resulted:

  1. i enter mac license , green "checkmark" showing success
  2. a progress bar begins. have let run 30 minutes without completion
  3. i cancel progress bar screen
  4. up comes confirmation in progress screen. process completes
  5. it asks system reboot, do
  6. going account screen key not shown - "activation required" shows
  7. the loop returns #1 above

i have attempted "repair" on visio without success. can me issue?

yes, can install , activate it.

if activation fails, run cscript "c:\program files\microsoft office\office16\ospp.vbs" /dstatus and share me screenshot.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
