hi, 

i can't load www.msn.com/en-us page week already. everytime blank white page. im using macbook air, safari.

please help. been long happening. thank in advance

hello,

i'm not familiar mac computer or safari browser however, have tried clearing safari cached files?

although not redirect issue, check solution on apple thread.

other things might solution:

  • reset/repair default keychain
  • change dns server
  • check software updates, date
  • flush dns cache
  • check certificates in keychain, removed 2 revoked, other default have use system defaults
  • firewall not enabled
  • parental controls not enabled
  • tried reset safari options checked
  • set system clock/time automatically update.
  • chrome , firefox on same computer don’t have issues

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
