hi cher yee low,
i’d confirm whether referred steps below clear cached credentials , certificates , flush dns.
1. log out of skype business.
2. delete sign-in info , exit skype business.
3. open run bar , type in %appdata%. make sure you're in appdata directory , navigate \local\microsoft\office\16.0\lync\ skype business
4. delete sip_profilename folder. if not see folder, check \local\microsoft\communicator directory.
5. delete files in tracing folder. not delete folder itself.
6. clear dns cache: in command prompt run ipconfig /flushdns command.
if not, please try them again , let me know how work.
meanwhile, checked domain information , noticed it’s federated domain. thus, recommend turn admin verify have trusted root certification authority (ca) installed. if issue persists, i’d collect following information further troubleshooting:
1. when did notice issue? did happen suddenly?
2. issue happen other office 365 users in organization?
3. if log skype business on desktop?
thanks,
sam
