Surface Pen Ink Shows Up on Every Other New Slide in PowerPoint - Microsoft Community

device: surface pro 10 surface pen.

situation: writing labels on powerpoint slides surface pen when accidentally bumped touchpad on keyboard @ same time writing.   now every other slide in powerpoint shows same ink, when create new powerpoint document.   furthermore, time add more ink pen, can no longer edit , shows on every other slide.   i have tried select both pen , cursor, , neither of them successful.   the eraser feature on pen not work.    have attached screenshot showing happens.   *note ink doesn't show in thumbnails does.

please let know build of windows , powerpoint running.

to windows build number, press windows key+r, type "winver", , press enter.

to powerpoint build number, go file...account...about powerpoint.

also, still see ink on wrong slide after save presentation, restart powerpoint, , open presentation again?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
