ms office jumps , shakes while scrolling on external monitor. looking online, looks many other users experiencing same issue. downloaded , ran offcat , had nothing about, nor did suggest solution resolving problem. has found fix this?

  • when did issue start?
  • have made changes on computer settings prior issue?
  • what’s make , model of pc?
  • have checked , installed pending updates on pc? keeping device up-to-date ensures have new , improved features.
  • when stated ms office jumps , shakes, did mean screen flickering?
  • does ms office appears in wrong size or blurry on external monitor?
  • aside ms office, have noticed if happening on other programs?
  • what other troubleshooting steps have done far aside running offcat?

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
