Outlook contact cards no longer display useful information - Microsoft Community

recently there appears have been change outlook contact cards.  no longer display address information, nor display other fields used display - multiple phone numbers, email addresses, etc.  editing in contact card no longer possible.  , takes multiple clicks full outlook record instead of being available 1 click before.  contact card feature sort of useless, contact card feature impedes efficient work flow. 

i note many different threads in last few weeks complaining change.  ms support engineer responds useless questions email types (exchange, pop3, gmail, etc.) and suggests unworkable solutions changing contact view.  doesn't matter, problem across email host types, , if view settings can affect contact card, news me.

the point here didn't change anything.  please make work again.

personally dont use contact card view, when tried contact info address/phone etc available , editable

perhaps if take snipe of contact card/view, , uploaded pic in reply, see see

hi we have shared mailbox shared user , want use tasks of shared mailbox not updating when make changes. there solution this? hi karabotladi, when shared shared mailbox user, did grant permissions him? if share task user, on permissions tab, in name box, click name of person access want change. under permissions, in permission level list, choose permission level. if share shared mailbox user, use admin account log exchange admin center > recipients> shared> select , double click it> mailbox delegation> add user full access list. regards, vanessa Office / Outlook / Windows 10 / Office 365 for business

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
