iCal invites are accepted in the wrong folder - Microsoft Community

hi,

one of our users has troubles when accepting ical invites through outlook (it worked fine until yesterday).

the appointments saved in "calendar - copy" folder in icloud menu, in the mail tab. when click on said folder, open calendar, , appointments added through ical visible.

i couldn't find way change calendar ical invites sent to, nor oculd find way manually move these invites weird calendar real calendar.

one more thing make easy, don't have constant access computer, due user being on road of day...

anyway, if has idea, i'll test can. !

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
