Word mac bibliography problem - Microsoft Community

meet problem word 2016 (macbook) built in bibliography not arrange in alphabetically? it’s happened right after latest update of microsoft word, please help, , have nice day. 

please go word menu , choose word , tell version have. thanks.

hello, we trying use skype business. tried sign in, , got following error. we followed the  instructions here . used remote connectivity analyzer , failed. we added srv , cname records our dns server, , the  remote connectivity analyzer  passed 4. however, still cannot log skype business, , same error when try. when adding srv records, our dns server did not have place enter service or protocol, entered them in "name" field using following pattern: _service._protocol.domain.com what else wrong? **post transferred skype office skype business better assistance.** seems took little time dns server register new entries. it's working now. Email with "Certificate attachment" from my company not - Microsoft Community
