hi,

our emails not coming in how used , customers keep telling send mail bounces them.

i have checked folder, through busy removal company used receive 40 plus emails per day.

for identify if issue outlook application, need confirm information. please answer following:

  • when did first encounter issue?
  • does customers received bounce error messages?
  • any changes took place on computer/email before issue occurred?

meanwhile, suggest perform troubleshooting steps below , check if resolve issue:

1. optimize browser, clear browser's cache , temporary internet files make sure not browser issue. may try access email using different web browser. 

2. many security programs includes "ad-blocking" protection. go through security programs running , check & disable ad-blocking feature, web blocking, add-ins etc. feature.
