MS Outlook no longer shows preview images in new YouTube Subscriptions - Microsoft Community

of august 30, outlook no longer loads new format of youtube subscriptions emails.
preview images of videos no longer displayed in grid of bi-weekly youtube subscriptions summary emails.
length in minutes, name of uploader, view count, , upload time visible, in addition footer. preview images gone.
what's happening???

hello,

for identify causing issue, need confirm information. please answer following:

  • any changes took place in computer before issue occurred?
  • does issue happen on youtube subscription emails only?
  • have tried accessing outlook email using web browser?

it if can provide screenshot of items can see when viewing youtube emails.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
