New Outllook.pst file - Microsoft Community

i noticed in c:\users\jack\appdata\local\microsoft\outlook there 2 pst/ost files accounts

*** email address removed privacy *** and *** email address removed privacy *** - new outllook.pst

note second 1 has 2 "l"s in outllook. when searched "new outllook" got no results. ideas? seemed weird find no references on google.

this folder shows 2 similar pst/ost files hotmail , gmail accounts.

office/outlook 2010 creates pst data file on first use , if add imap mail account create *.ost data file, named per imap mail address

the pst data file, default named outlook.pst ----------- if have labeled outllook.*** that's down users thick fingers

.

any hotmail account should have been migrated exchange type account, , outlook connector no longer used

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
