Outlook.com for my account at @live.com has an excessive # of - Microsoft Community


currently, of these spam mail has been identified , designed going "junk folder."  however, 

the number continues increase.  blocking or marking these spammers phishing scam not seem help. i 
can not use sweep rules since not them in inbox.

meanwhile, number continues rise.  now, anywhere between 50 - 60 spam email daily.

note following:

1)  have, , still use microsoft @live.com account sign in other websites. these are: amazon.com,
netflix.com, skype , others.  including my 
sign on windows 10 when start or restart desktop pc.  i 
have changed passwords in , not seem any.

2) have tried blocking senders, since spam in junk folder  (not in inbox), not seem work , more spam same subject, id changed prior domain (sometimes domain also changed.)  attaching spam email (obviously, email addresses blanked out privacy):
from: offer <*** email address removed privacy ***> on behalf of bitcoin money �� <*** email address removed privacy ***>sent: thursday, november 30, 2017 7:55 pm
to: x*** email address removed privacy ***

subject: get bitcoin today - sign before price goes up 
3) i'm accessing application emails using outlook.com  (https://outlook.live.com) , view them either chrome browser, ie and/or windows 10 mail app. 
4) have other accounts email.  these are: @gmail.com, @comcast.com , @yahoo.com  
note have thought getting rid of these spam mail, by changing characters prior domain in email account @live.com -- have not because currently, same microsoft account when sign in windows 10.  not know whether if delete , change email account @live.com -- "locked out of windows 10."  please enlighten me issue, and/or advice of best way proceed.  1 , other same entity?  or 1 microsoft os account independent of microsoft email account?

we can see level of discomfort in getting increase amount of spam in inbox. there other troubleshooting steps can perform isolate issue. please follow steps on link , check if make difference. also, if senders have outlook.com account, may forward email attachment abuse@outlook.com. include relevant info, such number of times you've received messages on inbox, if any, between , sender. if non-outlook.com account, go https://www.abuse.net identify correct abuse reporting address.
