Visio internal error: #3400 Action 2463: ??? - Microsoft Community

i wondering if has ran error message before brings nothing on web in regards saving visio files. user trying save visio document direct onedrive folder in file explorer , gets internal error evidently doesn't know itself, why popping up?

it can happen existing document within folder or brand new 1 saving there first time.

can tell me why error appears or if have stumbled upon description of error code? because cant seem find reason anywhere.

the work around have found issue saving file users desktop , cutting onedrive folder, overwriting old copy , rather messy...

the problem may due required list content types. please try steps below:

 

1. in document library storing visio file, click on "library" tab @ top of screen , select "library settings". if can't find it, please click return classic onedrive bottom on left bottom corner. go settings turn on ribbon.

 

2. under "content types" select "document" or "company document" or whatever default content type is.

 

3. you may see columns (properties) site owner has determined required. these properties must populated visio file in document library.

 

4. return document library , select (checkmark) visio file. click on "files" tab @ top of screen , select "edit properties".

 

5. any line has asterisk (*) against required property.
