Attaching an email to another email - Outlook 2016 for Mac - Microsoft Community

good evening,

i using microsoft outlook 2016 mac, version 15.40, using office 365 subscription.

question: how can attach item (for example email) email in outlook? can find "attach file item".

if remember well, in windows environment, possible during last 20 years, insert emails, contacts, calendar items, journal entries, etc.  missing feature!

if want attach email email, there 2 options can try:

 

  1. right click email want attach, choose forward attachment. (for contact, choose forward vcard)
  2. drag email want attach desktop directly , open new email > attach file > choose email in desktop.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
