Contact sync on Outlook Android app not working properly - Microsoft Community

recently switched windows 10 mobile android. have been using microsoft services , devices past many years. trying sync contacts via outlook app on android, app syncs 1 number every contact. tried resetting outlook sync, deleting , re syncing contacts nothing seems work.

hi,

one of reasons why issue occurred because of mail settings of devices. recommend uninstalling outlook.com app , install latest version can found on play store. once done, can reconfigure account.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
