Unable to edit data in charts in PPT 2016 using Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

hi,

i using windows 10. when right click on chart , select "edit data" nothing happens. using edit data in excel option not work either. when chart first created, edit data window opens once closed can never reopened. 

i started experiencing issue after applying recent batch of windows updates (creators , flash security). had reinstall windows try resolve separate issue , seemed fix problem able edit charts again. however, once windows updates applied, issue recurred, makes me believe has update.

any suggestions on how fix this?

this issue might 1 of system glitch appears after new windows fall creators update. initial resolution, suggest follow troubleshooting steps provided on link. it's tool created powerpoint issues.

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
