hello , sorry jump in on thread -- have experienced problem in last few days !

opened used word doc edit went save , said file blocked website certificate problem etc. try such , such resolve suggested steps didn't work.

steps took resolve without effect :

-- used run command reset onedrive  (didn't solve problem)

-- online repair reinstall of office 365 (didn't solve problem)

-- right clicked on onedrive icon bottom right of screen -- settings -- office tab -- take tick out of use office 2016 sync office files open

to move forward, please first make sure have latest version of onedrive, untick temp solution mentioned,  perform below steps, , check if there improvement?

right-click on the microsoft office upload center icon in system tray on task bar (you may need click arrow expand show hidden icons. if don’t see it, please close office file , show up) > click settings > deleted cached files under  cache settings > delete cached information > ok > close upload center.

 

 

if issue still occurs, please provide following information better understand situation?

  1. a screenshot error message "file blocked website certificate problem".
  2. if first open word application,  click file > open open document, edit , click save button in top left corner, issue occur?
  3. where document stored? issue occur documents in same location? how other document libraries? if create new document in same location, issue occur?
  4. does issue occur other people in organization? if yes, common actions have performed on operating systems? if not, actions have performed before issue occurred first time in system? example, system update , software installation.
  5. your windows version (e.g. windows 7) , office version. office version, please click file >  account > product information , capture screenshot of product information below.

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
