hi don't remember account name , password on office account need help

we understand forgot office account name , password. if have used product key redeem office application, can use see portion of microsoft account. please refer information below:

if copy of office came 25-character product redemption key in image below or on email receipt, (whether or not have key depends how got copy of office), try following using key:

go www.office.com/setup. enter microsoft account or follow prompts create new one.

after signing in, type 25-character key came copy of office.

on office account page, you'll see portion of microsoft account used buy or activate office, or used when first signed in my account.

select link sign in other microsoft account, , sign in correct microsoft account.
if doesn't work, suggest check link other methods can use retrieve username , password.
