Outlook Today 2007 - can't remove horizontal scrollbar at bottom - Microsoft Community

i use outlook 2007 daily , have had installed on many different computers on years.  have open outlook today screen.  have windows 10 home version 1703.  have weird issue have never seen , have been working on resolving days no success.  of sudden, there horizontal scroll bar @ bottom of outlook today screen.  doesn't slide, , no matter how size screen or make long subject appointments , remove them, can not remove horizontal slide bar (which serves no purpose).  have tried uninstalling , reinstalling office 2007, both uninstaller , manually , other tools.

i have outlook 2007 showing without horizontal scrollbar on laptop windows 10 home version 1607 (different version).  have included 2 pictures showing 2 different laptops outlook , 1 showing horizontal scroll bar can not remove.

please me figure out how remove useless horizontal scroll bar.  have never seen happen in 10 years of using office 2007.  have windows version , build??  on computers not have issue, horizontal scroll bar appear if needed , disappear when not needed (long name on subject line of appointments, , long name of tasks).

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
