Skype Folder in Email - Microsoft Community

there skype folder listed in email folders, not sure how got there.  hijacks emails send.  sit there although outlook says sending.  seems on addresses, not sure ones.  cannot send these emails, stuck.

connecting skype account microsoft account create folder conversation history. need gather more information regarding concern, provide accurate resolution issue experiencing. can answer following?

  • when did issue start?
  • are managing emails through outlook desktop app or outlook.com site?
  • do have other email profiles on outlook? if yes, have checked if you're experiencing same thing on other email profiles?
  • have tried removing , re-adding email profile?
  • do have skype business account? if yes, did link outlook account?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
