Outlook 2016 Stopped Receiving Email - Microsoft Community

help!  my email profile at&t stopped receiving emails, still sends , other function still working, can't receive email.  i delete email profile , created same profile , worked month , again stopped receiving emails.  the setting at&t account pop3, other users on same pc using email profile doesn't have receiving email problem.  haven't found solutions on web problem, seems not 1 has problem!  please me in finding solution this, in advance!!

within outlook, file>account settings........in resulting window, email tab, select bad mail account>change>test account settings..........what error msg produced?

Outlook 2016 for Mac - Multiple Issues, Error 17884 - Microsoft Community

working mac users @ business. have few issues outlook 2016 not seem have clear cut solutions can find searching community. new emails - messages sporadically go straight outbox after being sent, not send until user exits re-opens outlook, work after multiple restarts. error code see corresponding 17884 sync status - thousands of items have yet synced. sync status show proper statistics items syncing, statistics change 'server busy' , have no idea if still syncing in background or hung up. using 'sync folder' or 'send & receive' stack more items sync status window no progress made. connection window in bottom right corner - upon start up, display 'not connected'. can leave outlook open prolonged period of time , never change, if change status of outlook online offline multiple times in tools window. so far have rebuilt profile scratch within outlook tried opening outlook on multiple wifi networks tried ope
